How long is the delivery time?

Delivery - Domestic and International

    We work with the shipping company DB Schenker for all our orders. Our ambition is to handle and ship customers orders within 2 working days. For pre-order items (items that are not in stock and need to be ordered from our suppliers), handling can take up to 10 working days.

    Sweden: Shipping within Sweden costs 59 SEK including VAT, but for purchases over 599 SEK, shipping is free for the customer. When ordering, you can choose one of the 5 closest Schenker agents to you.

    Our normal delivery times within Sweden are between 1-2 working days after the order leaves our warehouse.

    Europe: For countries listed below, shipping is 120 SEK (approx.  10.45 EUR) including VAT, but for purchases over 1,999 SEK (approx. 174 EUR), shipping is free for the customer. See below for our normal delivery times for each EU country after the order leaves our warehouse.

    Austria: 3 days.

    Belgium: 3 days.

    Bulgaria: 4 days.

    Croatia: 6 days.

    Czech Republic: 3 days.

    Denmark: 2 days.

    France: 3-4 days.

    Germany: 2 days.

    Greece: 6-8 days.

    Hungary: 3 days.

    Italy: 3-4 days.

    Luxembourg: 3 days.

    Netherlands: 3 days.

    Poland: 3 days.

    Portugal: 5-6 days.

    Slovakia: 4 days.

    Slovenia: 4 days.

    Spain: 4-5 days.


    Before- and during campaigns and holidays, both handling and delivery times become longer. ATTENTION! Orders placed on weekends are shipped no earlier than the Monday after the weekend.

     

      Can I cancel my order?

      - Perfume tests/samples: are not covered by the right of withdrawal as it is a custom-made product that is prepared and created after you have placed an order with us.

      - Regular sealed goods: if the goods are still in new condition and the seal is not broken, you can cancel your purchase no later than 14 days from receipt of the order. You as the customer are responsible for the return shipping and are responsible for the package until it reaches us.

      How many sprays are there per perfume sample?

      - Our perfume sample bottles are made of glass to best preserve the different perfume properties. Our bottles are available in the following options:

      - 2 ml: Approximately 40 sprays.

      - 5 ml: Approximately 100 sprays.

      - 10 ml: Approximately 200 sprays.

      - 10 ml frosted glass, gift box: approx. 190 spray.
